Welcome to Regret Later (the “Service”), operated by Future Think LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using regretlater.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Regret Later Is

Regret Later is an entertainment service. You submit a questionable idea, and an AI generates a humorous, theatrical “legal” argument for or against it. The output is fictional comedy.

It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other kind of professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Do not make real decisions based on the Service. Always consult a qualified professional for actual advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. By using Regret Later, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchases

Some features (the “Full Brief” — additional arguments, a closing statement, and a downloadable PDF) are available for a one-time payment of US$2.99. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. The Full Brief is a digital product delivered instantly in your browser upon successful payment — nothing is shipped. 4. Your Submissions

You are responsible for the ideas you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone’s rights, and do not submit personal information about yourself or anyone else (names, contact details, addresses, and the like). Submitted text is processed by our third-party AI provider to generate a response. We may refuse or remove content at our discretion.

Verdicts may be published on a shareable public page (a regretlater.com/case/… link) that is accessible to anyone with the link, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may remove any public verdict page at any time, for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, and its design are owned by Future Think LLC. AI-generated output produced for your idea is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and entertainment.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Think LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$2.99, whichever is greater).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
